Just a quick note on cramping....my "co...Hi T,<br />Just a quick note on cramping....my "cocktail/mocktail" of choice has significantly helped with cramping. Tonic water and lemonade! The quinine in tonic water helps to fend of cramping...my parents drink it too...but that's old age not pregnancy!<br /><br />Also, learned in pre-natal water aerobics class (only 2 that I could take because there weren't enough signed up) but try not to point your toes like a ballerina when you're stretching...apparently it can induce labor. Don't know how true that is....but worth noting especially since they didn't want me doing this while kicking in the water. Might be worth asking your pilates teacher or midwife about for your stretching routine.<br /><br />Miss you lots! Love the pics!
